Why do people allow their animals to run loose? It annoys the neighbors and shows a complete lack of responsibility on the part of the owner. Not to mention, it’s dangerous for the dog. You can’t see it because it’s behind the tree, but there’s an anchor tied to the end of his rope. If it becomes tangled or caught on something, the dog is caught and could easily become strangulated.
In the future, perhaps you could be a responsible pet owner by securing your dog correctly instead of tying it to a cheap boat anchor.
