Tuesday restaurant specials are pretty common. Especially at Mexican eateries. I’ve found what is probably the best deal out there right now. Every Tuesday, Taco Bueno will give you a complete Taco Platter meal for just $2.99. This includes 2 soft or hard shell tacos, rice, beans, chips, sauce, sour cream, and guacamole. Absolutely perfect for a CheapoLife guy like me!
I discovered this deal a few months ago. Since then, Taco Bueno has become a regular Tuesday ritual. More often than not, you’ll find me here for lunch or dinner. Granted, this is not up to the caliber of Zantigo or Taco Tico or even Taco Grande. But for 3 lousy bucks, you can’t beat it. Of course, I will have to walk an extra mile or two after I finish this in order to make up for today’s Taco Bueno indulgence!
