Lunchtime! We’re in Beaver Bay today, so I can’t think of a better place than Northern Lights Cafe. This popular eatery is located right on Lake Superior. They have a fantastic salad bar along with fresh Canadian walleye, Norwegian salmon, and Swedish meatballs. Northern Lights has a beautiful flower garden, and outdoor seating is available.
Our 2012 Lake Superior adventure is almost over. Tomorrow, we head home. I return to Bloomington while Mom and Dad begin the drive back to Arkansas. Hopefully, we’ll be able to do another “up north” vacation next year. And the year after that. And the year after that.
